TOMATO AND PEPPER RELISH 
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1/4 c. minced celery
1/3 c. minced green peppers
1/3 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. cooking oil

Put the tomatoes, celery, green pepper and onion into a bowl; drain slightly. Combine vinegar, salt, mustard and cooking oil in a small bowl. Pour over tomato mixture; toss to mix well. Spoon the relish into a pint size screw top jar; cover tightly. Store jar in refrigerator 2 or 3 days before using. Makes 1 pint. Good with Barbecue!
