JALAPENO PEPPER RELISH 
1 c. hot jalapeno peppers, seeds removed
1 1/2 c. sweet green and red peppers
1 lg. onion
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. Sure Jell

Grind peppers and onion. Add vinegar, sugar, and Sure Jell. Bring to a rolling boil and boil 1 minute. Remove from stove and add 1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo. Makes 12 (1/2) pints.

We use 4 c. jalapenos and 3 c. each vinegar and sugar and simmer 'til thick like relish should be.

I already had ground up 4 cups of jalapeno peppers before looking up thie recipe. I listened to Erak and used 4 c peppers 3 cup vinegar and sugar and then 1/2 box of sure jell! Turned out SUPER GOOD!
