GERMAN RIBS 
2 to 3 lbs. pork ribs
2 cans sauerkraut
2 med. potatoes, sliced
1 med. onions, sliced

Place 1/2 of ribs in slow cooker. Season with salt, pepper, etc. Layer sauerkraut, potatoes and onion. Place remaining ribs on top. Season to taste. Cook all day, 8 to 10 hours on low.
