FRENCH TOAST 
1 loaf sour dough bread (cut into 2 inch slices, the uncut loaf)
1 dozen eggs or 1 or 2 cartons egg beaters
2 or 3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon

Grease rectangular pyrex. Lay slices of bread in bottom. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over bread to cover. Soak overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
