EASY ROLLS 
1 lg. yellow cake mix
2 1/2 c. water (lukewarm)
4 c. flour
2 pkgs. dry yeast

Mix together water and yeast, then add cake mix and flour. Knead for 3 minutes on floured surface. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled in size. Roll out flat, fill with your choice of cinnamon mixture. Roll like a jelly roll and slice. Put slices into greased pans. Cover and let rise again. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Makes 24 rolls.
