EASY YEAST ROLLS 
7 c. self-rising flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. instant potatoes
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
2 1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 pkg. dry yeast

Put flour in bowl and make a hole in the middle. Put all ingredients in flour hole (IN ORDER LISTED) and let sit for 5 minutes. Mix. Roll half at a time. Place parkerhouse style in well greased pan. Put butter pat on each. Cover. Let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees to 20 to 25 minutes.
