EASY YEAST ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. lukewarm water
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 egg
4 c. self rising flour

Mix yeast in water, add sugar, oil, egg and flour. Mix until well blended. Put into refrigerator. When ready to eat place by spoonfuls into well greased muffin pans. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
