EASY FLUFFY ROLLS 
STEP I:

2 pkgs. quick yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. warm water

Mix together and set aside.

STEP II:

1 c. shortening
2 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt

Mix together. Beat until fluffy. Add 2 cups plain flour, mix well. Add yeast mixture and 2 more cups plain flour. Add 1 cup boiling water and 2more cups plain flour. Cover and refrigerate.

STEP III:

Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter. Put in bread pan, letting side touch. Let rise for 2 hours. Bake at 400 degrees until brown. Note: No kneading. Will keep in refrigerator for 1 week.
