GOOD AND EASY HOMEMADE ROLLS | |
1 stick butter, softened 1/2 c. sugar 2 pkgs. rapid rise yeast 2 c. hot water (from faucet) 6 c. flour (bread) 2 tsp. salt Mix butter, sugar, yeast and water together until butter has melted. Then add bread flour and salt. Knead together with oil on your hands. Cover and let rise, 2-3 hours. Then pinch off size you want and let rise for 2 more hours. Bake at 425 degrees until golden brown. |
