EASY DO SWEET DOUGH ROLLS 
1 c. warm water
2 pkg. active dry yeast
1/2 c. instant dry milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour

Pour yeast in water; stir to dissolve. Mix all the rest of the ingredients. Knead and let rest 15 minutes. Then shape as you desire and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes to an hour (or twice the size). Then bake.
