RYE BANANA BREAD 
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. molasses (or honey)
3 eggs
2 lg. bananas, mashed
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. rye flour
1/4 c. powdered milk
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter, molasses (or honey). Add eggs. Stir in bananas, water and vanilla.

In a separate bowl stir together dry ingredients. Add to liquid mixture, mixing well. Turn into an oiled loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Cool slightly after removing from pan.
