1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cornstarch

Combine all ingredients. Use as you would a 1 1/4 ounce envelope of commercial taco seasoning to season 1 pound hamburger, browned and drained. Add 3/4 cup water and simmer 5 minutes.
