1 box frozen chopped spinach
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 c. seasoned stuffing mix

Grease dish. Add the above ingredients which have been all mixed together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in a casserole dish. Recipe may be doubled or tripled.

Note: May be assembled in morning and baked when needed.
