SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
2 tbsp. butter, cut in pieces
4 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed

Combine all ingredients and place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees or microwave for 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
