QUICK SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 eggs, well beaten
6 tbsp. all-purpose flour
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat eggs and flour until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a greased 1-quart casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
