QUICK AND EASY CASSEROLE 
Frozen hash browns
Frozen mixed vegetables
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown ground beef and onions and set aside. Using 13x9 inch pan layer frozen hash browns, then frozen mixed vegetables, then ground beef. Mix cream of mushroom soup with one can of milk, then pour over the layers of hash brown, mixed vegetables, ground beef. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
