1 box fettucine noodles, (cooked and drained)
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
1 can sliced mushrooms
Parmesan cheese (as desired)

Mix all ingredients together. Place into a baking dish with cover. Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake 20 minutes at moderate heat.

Serve hot.
