CORNED BEEF QUICH 
1 can corned beef, crumbled
1 Pillsbury crust
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Crumble corned beef in bottom of pie shells throw in remaining ingredients into blender and pour over beef. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until firm. If you add 1 egg and a little more milk it will make 2.
