COUNTRY PEPPERS 
6 med. green peppers
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. chopped tomato

May substitute 1 pound ground beef for sausage.

Remove tops and seeds from peppers. Parboil 5 minutes; drain. Brown meat; drain. Add onion, cook until tender. Stir in rice, 3/4 cup Cheez Whiz and tomatoes. Fill peppers. Place in baking dish; cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining Cheez Whiz. 6 servings.
