SUGAR CREAM PIE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. half & half
1/2 c. flour

Cook until mixture coats spoon.

1 egg yolk, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter

Pour into pie shell, sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
