CRUNCHY ONION LAYERED SALAD 
4 c. lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
8 oz. boiled ham, cut into cubes
1 red pepper, diced
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 bunch radishes, sliced
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed & drained
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions

In a 3-quart straight sided glass bowl, layer salad ingredients in order as listed. Serve with ranch-style or your favorite salad dressing.

Makes 4 to 6 servings. (If you wish you may add 2 tomatoes, diced).
