SKILLET STEW 
1 lb. ground turkey
3 med. potatoes
3 lg. carrots
3 stalks of celery
1 med. onion
1 green pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 (7 oz.) can of corn
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
Oregano

I n a large skillet, brown ground turkey and sliced onions. Peel potatoes and carrots and cut into chunks. Layer on top of ground turkey; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water; steam over medium heat while preparing other vegetables. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered until potatoes are done. While stew is simmering, add salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Stir occasionally to loosen from bottom of skillet. Serves 6.
