GREEN CHILI STEW 
2 lb. hamburger or ground turkey
1 sm. onion, chopped fine or 1/4 c. dehydrated onion flakes
1 tsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic salt (or to taste)
1 sm. can green chili, chopped
6 potatoes

Brown meat and onions together. Add: Seasoning and garlic salt and about 6 cups water. Peel potatoes and dice. Add to above mixture and cook until potatoes are done. Good with crackers or buttered tortillas. Serves 4-6.
