GREEN CHILI STEW 
2 lbs. pork, chicken or steak
3 to 4 tomatoes
2 to 3 celery stalks
2 cloves garlic
Water

Cut meat into very small pieces, brown in non-stick skillet. Cut up tomatoes and celery into small pieces, chop garlic and add all to browned meat. Cover with water and simmer on very low, 1 to 2 hours until meat falls apart and water has almost completely evaporated. Can also be left to cook all day in a crock pot. Use as a base in flour tortillas for burritos, tacos or enchiladas.
