CHICKEN STEW 
4-6 potatoes
1-1 1/2 pkgs. carrots
4-6 stalks celery
1 onion
1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 (10 oz.) can turkey gravy
Water
Cut pieces of chicken

Peel and cut potatoes. Peel and slice carrots. Cut off ends and slice celery. Peel outside skin off onion. Combine potatoes, carrots, and celery in large pot. Place whole onion in center. Add can of gravy and water to cover vegetables. Simmer for 45 minutes. Add green beans and chicken and simmer for 15 minutes. Variation: Use stew meat and beef gravy in place of chicken and turkey gravy.
