CHICKEN STEW 
6 chicken breasts, cooked in salted water
3 carrots, diced
3 med. potatoes, diced
1/2 pt. frozen peas
2 onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped

Boil chicken in quite a bit of water until tender. Remove from broth and pick from bone. Place all of the vegetables into the broth and cook until tender. Add chicken and bring to a boil. Make dumplings according to directions on Bisquick box (or use your own) and drop into the chicken and vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook until dumplings are done. This makes quite a bit, but can be done in half if preferred.
