HAWAIIAN BAKED CHICKEN 
1 (8 oz.) can sliced pineapple
1/3 c. Heinz 57 Sauce
2 tbsp. honey
2 to 2 1/2 lbs. broiler-fryer parts
Salt and pepper

Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Combine juice with 57 Sauce and honey. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches. Pour on sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven 1 hour or until tender, basting occasionally. Arrange pineapple slices on top of chicken during last 5 to 10 minutes of baking. Makes 4 servings.
