HAWAIIAN BAKED CHICKEN 
1 can sliced pineapple (8-8 1/2 oz.)
1/3 c. Heinz 57 sauce
2 tbsp. honey
2-2 1/2 lb. fryer pieces
Salt & pepper

Drain pineapple, saving 3 tablespoons liquid. Combine reserved liquid with 57 sauce and honey. Season chicken with salt and pepper; place in baking dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches); pour on sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until tender, basting occasionally. Arrange pineapple slices on top of chicken during last 5-10 minutes of baking time. Makes 4 servings.
