QUICK-N-EASY HAWAIIAN CHICKEN | |
2 chicken breasts 1/2 c. pineapple chunks 2 tbsp. catsup 2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp. lemon juice Dash black pepper Dash garlic powder Dash paprika Remove and reserve chicken skin. Dash each breast with pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Replace the skins and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. In small saucepan combine remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon cornstarch stirring constantly until thickened. Place cooked chicken on separate plates, discard skins if desired. Pour sauce over each portion and serve. |
