HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
1 lg. hen
1 lg. watermelon
1 lg. can fruit cocktail, drained

Slice watermelon end wise in half. Use ice cream scoop to dip out red meat. Put in bowl, cover and refrigerate. Put hen in watermelon and fill hen with fruit cocktail. Wrap watermelon in foil and place in a deep roaster (because of juice). Cook at 350 degrees until done, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Remove hen from melon and discard melon. Slice hen; put fruit cocktail around it on a platter and serve with melon balls and green salad.
