HAWAIIAN CHICKEN BAKE 
1 frying chicken cut up
2 tbsp. butter
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. prepared yellow mustard
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. sherry
Paprika

Arrange chicken, skin side up, in shallow pan which has been greased with butter or oil. Melt butter; stir in pineapple, mustard, honey and sherry. Spoon pineapple mixture over chicken and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes until tender. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
