8 Idaho baking potatoes, washed & sliced
1 pkg. Bousin cheese
1 pt. heavy cream

Arrange sliced potatoes in baking dish. Melt cheese with cream in saucepan. Cover potatoes with cream mixture. Bake 1 hour or until golden and bubbly.
