ZUCCHINI BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 oz. chocolate
1 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. nuts (opt.)

Melt chocolate and add first 6 ingredients. Stir until well blended, then add nuts and zucchini. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 or 40 minutes. Frost with chocolate frosting or sift confectioners' sugar on top when cool.
