GOLDIES DESSERT 
1 env. Knox gelatin
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
2 c. Cool Whip
Fruit pie mix or lemon filling

Mix together gelatin and sugar; pour over boiling water. Add vanilla and sour cream. Stir well and set aside until cool and slightly thickened. Stir a couple of times while cooling. When thickened blend in Cool Whip and place in 8 x 8 inch cake pan. When serve, top with fruit pie mix or lemon filling.
