LOW CALORIE YOGURT DESSERT | |
1 lg. (or 2 sm.) pkgs. Jello (any flavor) dissolved in 2 c. boiling water 1 1/2 c. cold water When Jello is dissolved add cold water. Refrigerate until set. Put set Jello into blender and whip with 3/4 cup plain yogurt. Add fresh fruit of your choice or canned fruit without heavy syrup. Either return to bowl or put in baked pie shell or graham cracker crust. Some favorite combinations are: strawberry Jello with strawberries; Lemon Jello with fresh or canned peaches; Lemon Jello with drained pineapple chunks, canned in their own juice. The juice may be substituted for some of the cold water. |
