JIFFY FRUIT DESSERT 
1 sm. can pineapple rings, cut in small pieces
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail
1/2 c. coconut
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (3 3/4 oz.) box instant lemon pudding mix
2 med. bananas, sliced

Combine undrained canned fruits with coconut and lemon juice. sprinkle pudding mix over fruit and mix gently. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Juice will thicken. Add bananas just before serving.
