DESSERT SALAD 
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
1 can chunky mixed fruit
1 (6 oz.) pkg. tapioca pudding (not instant)
3 bananas, sliced
1 can mandarin oranges
1 (6 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
Maraschino cherries

Drain the cans of fruit reserving the juice. Combine the puddings with 3 cups of juice (add orange juice to make 3 cups). Cook until thickened. Put the pineapple, oranges and mixed fruit in a bowl and add the thickened pudding. Stir. Add sliced bananas and drained maraschino cherries. Chill and serve. Makes about 8 to 10 servings.
