FROZEN SALAD OR DESSERT 
1 (1 lb.) can dark sweet cherries
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Drain fruits and reserve a few cherries and orange segments for garnish. Let cream cheese stand at room temperature to soften; then beat until fluffy and blend in sour cream, sugar and salt. Fold in fruits, marshmallows and (pecans- walnuts) nuts. Pour into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan and freeze for 6 hours or overnight. Unmold and garnish - 8 servings.
