FROZEN STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) pkg. thawed strawberries
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt

Beat 15 minutes. 1 tsp. vanilla

Whip until stiff. Fold into strawberry mixture above. Spread on crust.

CRUST:

1 pkg. plus 8 graham crackers (2 c.)
4 tbsp. melted butter

Crush crackers; mix with butter. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan.
