1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. melted butter
2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries, partly thawed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipped cream or La Creme

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Stir 3-4 times. Sprinkle 2/3 of crumbs in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat egg whites, sugar, partly thawed strawberries, and lemon juice for 10 minutes. Fold in 1 cup whipped cream or La Creme. Spoon over crumbs. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over it. Freeze overnight.
