FROZEN STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
2 pkgs. lemon Jello
2 c. water
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. whipping cream
1 angel food cake

In a large bowl, dissolve lemon Jello in 2 cups of boiling water. Mix and while still hot add frozen strawberries and stir until berries break up and Jello begins to get syrupy. Whip 1 cup whipping cream and fold into berry mixture.

Pour into large flat bowl that has been covered with bite size pieces of angel food cake. Freeze until ready to serve. Can be made days ahead of use.
