CROCK POT STEW 
2 1/2 lb. stew meat
8 oz. can tomato sauce
3 tbsp. flour
1 lg. onion, sliced thinly and separated
4-5 potatoes, sliced
6 carrots, cut up
2 heaping tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. chopped celery

Trim fat off the meat and season it with salt and pepper. Place in the bottom of the crock pot. Sprinkle with flour and mix well. On top of meat layer onion, potatoes, and then carrots. Sprinkle with brown sugar and then top with celery. Pour tomato sauce over top of celery; cover and cook for 8-10 hours on low in crock pot.
