SLOW COOKER BEEF 
1 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat
4 carrots, peeled and cut bite size
2 stalks celery, cut bite size
4 med. potatoes, peeled and cut bite size
1 (28 oz.) can whole, undrained tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) can beef broth
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown beef in slow cooker over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients, stirring to blend. Cover and slow cook on low for 8 hours or on medium for 4 to 5 hours.
