CROCK POT STEW | |
2 lb. choice stew meat 8 - 10 carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces 1 tbsp. tapioca 1 onion, sliced 1 c. wine or water 1 can consomme Place meat in bottom of pot; follow with sliced onions and carrots. Sprinkle tapioca on top and pour liquid over all. Cook overnight on low setting. |
