CROCK POT STEW 
2 lb. stew meat
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 carrots, cut in 1" pieces
4 celery stalks, cut in 1" pieces
4 potatoes, cut in 1" pieces
1 tsp. basil (leaf)
1/3 c. quick cooking tapioca
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can tomato soup
1 can onion soup
1 can peas

Combine crumbs, salt, pepper and coat beef. Place in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients; stir well. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or high 3-5 hours.
