THIRTY - MINUTE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
1 stick melted butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup

Mix together with spoon (do not use mixer). Pour into ungreased long baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. canned milk
3/4 stick butter
6 oz. pkg. chocolate morsels

Mix sugar, milk, and butter. Cook until boiling, then cook 2 minutes more. Take off heat and add chocolate morsels; stir until smooth. Spread over hot cake.
