HERSHEY CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. plain sifted flour
4 eggs
1 stick butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 can Hershey chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar well. Add eggs, one at a time and add dry ingredients alternately with syrup. Bake about 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.

FROSTING:

1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. Pet milk
1/2 c. milk chocolate chips
1 c. sugar

Bring to boil (butter, sugar and milk). Cook 2 minutes then add chips. Beat and spread warm cake.
