SOPAIPILLAS 
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. shortening
3/4 c. cold water, approximately

Sift dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Add water. Shape into a ball. Form dough in 6 balls. Roll each into very thin rounds. Cut in wedge shapes and fry in hot fat (375 degrees) about 4 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Poke small holes in them and pour in honey. Makes 3 dozen.
