HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. cheddar or Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped or grated onion
Dash of pepper
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Brown meat in skillet on medium heat; drain. Blend next 4 ingredients until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper. Turn into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
