HAM BALLS 
5 lb. ground ham
4 lb. lean ground pork
8 well beaten eggs
3 c. toasted bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper

SAUCE:

4 c. crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. dry mustard

Mix all ingredients for ham balls well. Shape into balls and put close together in a shallow pan. Cover with sauce. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Baste if necessary. Makes 72 balls. Serves 36 people.
